Energy Work
The energy work I provide is a blend of Reiki, Shamanic healing practices, the laying on of crystals and quiet vocal tones to remove pain, create balance between body, spirit and mind and alleviate karmic imprints from the auric field. Often, this work provides insight and answers to the client during the process and allows them to find healing within. Each session is unique, based upon the needs of the client and informaton I receive intuitively.

Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese technique for relaxation that also promotes healing and balance. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen life force energy or "chi" flows through all being and is what causes us to be alive and healthy, functioning at one's optimum level. If one's chi is low or out of balance, then illness or stress are experienced, and if it is high, one is more capable of being happy and healthy in their day to day life. For those uncomfortable being touched, Krystina also practices Reiki without contact or at a distance after the traditional hypnotherapy session - always using respect for one's personal space and spiritual beliefs.
The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy". So Reiki is actually "spiritually guided life force energy."

A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance (sometimes experienced as heat or a tingling sensation) that flows through and around the client, healing on many levels. Reiki treats the body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing.

Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that everyone can use. It has been effective in helping to calm stress and clients consistently report beneficial effects. Reiki is often used in conjunction with other medical or therapeutic techniques to relieve side effects and promote recovery.

Munay-Ki
The Munay-Ki are the nine great rites of initiation of the medicine way. The word munay means "I love you" or "Be As Thou Art." The Munay-Ki are the nine gates that heal us and transform our human energy field into that of homo luminous (light beings).

While not a certified Munay-Ki practictioner, Krystina has been gifted with the nine rights which she has incorporated into her work on many levels. Another beautiful healing practice, Munay-Ki brings peace to those who struggle with fear and anger and restores balance of body, soul and mind. This energy work truly allows a connection with one's inner source of power and joy and thus creates a sacred space in which change and healing can occur.
